Reporting Analyst with Spanish Full Time

As General Sales Support Analyst you will support the Sales organization and be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, collecting and reporting the main information related to sales valuation and execution for different customers in dedicated channel. You will collaborate with all departments supporting sales and sales itself in terms of solving issues and implementing strategic business actions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of both regular reports (such as: pricing reports , scorecards, promo placements reports) and ad-hoc reports (containing data on both PepsiCo and competition)
• Evaluate and report trade promo, event performance and customer business analysis
• Analyze sales, categories, market trends and patterns
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis for sales/key account plan (ad-hoc requests resulting from general reports)
• Support Customer Management by providing up-to-date Customer Master Data & Segment Customer database by channel and size
• Helping Team in month end activities and any upcoming ad hoc request

• Handling price communication process for assigned customers
• Preparing presentation with visual forms of the promotions
• Uploading promotion plans and presentations into SFA system
• Keeping high level of pricing accuracy

• Facilitating communication with local Sales Team
• Capable of building strong, reliable relationship with business partners mainly with Key Account Managers in dedicated region/channel
• Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues and other key stake holders within the Cluster business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
• Share knowledge and support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings

Qualifications

• High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Can do attitude, able to work independently with minor supervision if required
• Well organized, able to prioritize and handle competing priorities in order to deliver tight deadlines

• Able to draw conclusion from presented data
• Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / or previous experience in Sales Department or in Sales Support Functions
• General understanding of Sales specifics
