What we do – and why!
FEV Polska Sp. z o.o. as a part of the FEV Group – an international research and development company – provides complete solutions in the field of drive systems, supporting leading vehicle manufacturers and other means of transport. We specialize in the comprehensive development of diesel, hybrid and electric drives. We develop software that controls the operation of the drive (engine, gearbox, batteries) and supports the driver (ADAS systems). We provide braking systems and software for testing drive systems. We actively participate in shaping the future of the automotive industry.
Your Tasks
- Participating in month-end and year-end close processes
- Supporting and coordinating the budget and forecast preparation
- Creating of reports and analysis
- Monitoring forecast deviations and providing variance explanations
- Analyzing Company’s financial reports (incl. balance sheet & profit and loss statement)
- Improvement/optimalization of work routines, processes and controlling tools
- Cooperation within FEV Group and with external business partners
Your qualification
- Master degree of Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
- Min. 2-4 years of professional experience in the Controlling / Financial / Analyzes / Reporting Department
- Good command in English – both speaking and writing
- Very good knowledge of Excel, VBA, Power Query
- High interpersonal and analytical skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
- Nice to have: experience in developing and implementing of reporting tools
