Who You’ll Work With
You will be a part of our finance team and will be based in our Poznan office. You will provide financial support to our offices in German/Italian speaking countries.
What You’ll Do
You will ensure compliance with country and McKinsey specific accounting, expense regulations and policies.
In this role, you will prepare and process timesheet and expense report transactions for our German/Italian offices. You will also support some of our other European offices in their daily accounting duties. You will process data and assist in providing basic analytical support, problem solving and data interpretation. You will respond to inquiries on financial policies and tools. Lastly, you will implement improvements into processes and establish long-term relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent preferably with a focus on finance and accounting
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and basic problem-solving skills
- Strong process focus, drive for results and attention to details
- Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships
- Fluent English (C1) and basic German or Italian (B2)
- Or fluent in German (C1) and basic English communication skills (B2)
