Main objective:
Main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive finance operation activities for country under responsibility. The role is responsible for the full accounting process for the responsible area.
Reporting to: Area Finance Manager
Job tasks:
Overview of GL transactions;
Overview of accruals and its accuracy;
Posting of incoming supplier invoices;
Posting of IC invoices;
Issuance of Commission Invoices to suppliers
Issuance of other accounts receivable documents related to customers suppliers
Support DA team in proper processing of financial documents
Support AP team in banks reconciliation
Support FM in month end closure preparation:Posting of required accruals to reflect the actual financial situation
Posting of prepaid costs
Posting of revaluation and Cashpool transaction
Reconciliation of Intercompany relations
Uploading information for consolidated financial statements
Preparation of Monthly Reporting pack
Support Finance Manager in other tasks related to:Preparation of Financial Statements
Financial Audits
TAX calculations
Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
Assistance in payroll process preparation
Technical skills:
Finance and accounting bachelor’s degree will be an asset
Finance and Accounting background with at least 2 years of experience in multinational environment
Good knowledge of excel skills
Business understanding and orientation in multinational environment
Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
Soft skills:
Interpersonal skills allowing smooth operation in multinational environment
Resistance to stressful situations especially in regard to deadlines
Accuracy and eye to detail
