Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst

Job Summary:
- You will be a key member of the business intelligence expert’s team responsible for the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions for the largest in the world corporations or internal clients using best in class BI tools and automations.
- The position gives you opportunity to gain analytics and reporting competences, implement process excellence and innovations for the leader in real estate services cooperating with the group of experts and talents around the globe
Key Responsibilities:
- Assuring data integrity and effective reports validation
- To participate in BI tools development, hyper care and on-going support after the delivery
- To contribute to the implementation of agile methodology of analytics and reporting development
- To propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and analytics
Requirements:
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills
- Create, maintain and optimize data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau (preferable), Power BI, or similar solutions)
- Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity
- Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information.
- Focused on getting things done.
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload.
- Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative.
- Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects)
