For a company from the BPO industry, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of German and English for the position of Customer Service Specialist. The company is located in the very center of Łódź. Work is 5 days a week, 8 hours: daytime, afternoon or evening. Work can be from Monday to Friday, and weekends for those who are willing to. We do not require experience.

Duties:
- E-mail and telephone contact with a German-speaking client;
- Work on the project of incoming calls;
- Procurement support;
- Updating the database;
- Taking care of the positive image of the company.
Wymagania
- German language – very good knowledge (min. B2);
- English – very good knowledge (min. B2);
- Willingness to work stationary for the first 2-3 months, then possible hybrid;
- Conscientiousness and accuracy.
