You will be responsible for:

• Providing customer service via e-mail, chat, phone and video.
• Handling inquiries from customers.
• Informing about available banking products.
• Informing and explaining procedures.
• Creating customer service standards.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Advanced English.
• Secondary or higher education (or during studies).
• Excellent diction and pronunciation.
• Customer focused, flexible.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in teams.
