Your key responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant you will actively support and manage all administrative tasks and processes of Partners and Associate Partners such as:

• Arranging and coordinating business travel, including flight, hotel and other related tasks
• Planning and organizing internal and external meetings, including scheduling appointments, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time-zones
• Being responsible for correspondence, presentations, reports and other relevant documents
• Supporting and coordinating tasks in relation to client facing activities, such as support and organization of client events
• Acting as link between different departments, located in various countries
• Maintaining several internal databases, process expense reports and similar tasks
• Being responsible for other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
• Understanding and recognizing the business needs of our clients
• Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in English language (B2/C1 level)
• You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
• You are very proactive and open minded
• You can work as individual contributor and within a team
• You have experience in team coordination

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Professional experience in administrative support
• Solid work experience in collaborating and providing administrative support to Executives or in a Management Support team, in an international and multi-cultural business environment
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Power-Point
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and precision
• Team player abilities by nature – you enjoy working in a complex, international environment, with a broad range of different stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills (autonomy, clear communication, flexibility)
• Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions
