 Detailed duties: 

• Acquiring new leads mainly through outbound activities;
• Prospecting the best possible leads;
• Conducting online (via e-mails and chat) conversations with Polish and English-speaking clients;
• Support in implementing communication and sales projects;
• Providing market analysis in terms of needs and possibilities, market monitoring, and competition activities;
• Providing assistance in building relationships with customers;
• Improving current sales processes;
• Support in other administrative activities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – C1
• Proficient in Google docs and MS Office;
• Relevant professional work experience (sales prospecting, B2B lead generation process);
• Base knowledge of prospecting tools and tactics (Sales Navigator, Cold Mail Automation tools, Prospect searching tools, Hubspot);
• Ability to identify clients’ needs in the early stage of the sales process
